Business, Marketing, Social Media, Blogging, Advertisement, Administration, Photography, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Journalism, and Media. We welcome and encourage students that are strongly interested in being a part of the team to apply.

The LA Styles Couture team is comprised of individuals who thrive on finding intriguing solutions to ambiguous problems, possess the desire to dive in and learn in a fast-paced environment, and are considerate of one another. Interested candidates should work well in a flat organization, and excel at communicating with individuals across a diverse range of disciplines.

  

TEAM MEMBER 

LA Styles Couture is looking for part-time, full-time interns or volunteers. Team Members to join our team in Los Angeles! We are a tightly-knit team of risk-taking, driven, and dedicated millennials looking to solve tough problems and brainstorm new ideas.

We are looking for team members who have a passion for the startup entrepreneurial lifestyle and align with our mission to improve the lives of others. Our team is looking for self-starters, visionary thinkers, and people who don’t mind a little bit of ambiguity in the workplace. We look forward to bringing someone in that is ready to be a part of a young, professional environment.

Can you come up with innovative solutions to new problems and adapt to any project or situation? Are you willing to work closely with a team and push everyone to be the best that they can be? Description

Team Members will provide support to the Chief Executive Office and LA Styles Couture Team while performing essential duties and tasks. Team Members must dedicate at least 5-20 hours a week during our business hours. 

Duties & Responsibilities

•    Attend team meetings

•    Assist in research and development in branding, products, and marketing

•    Consistently enforce brand and style guidelines across all creative materials

•    Assist in various administrative tasks

•    Assist in creating social media content and maintaining social media platforms

•    Participate in group discussions and team building activities

Qualifications

•    High school diploma or equivalent

•    Currently enrolled in a college or university and receive internship credit

•    Strong computer skills

•    Excellent research skills

•    Ability to maintain confidentiality

•    Experience with Microsoft Office Programs: Word, PowerPoint and Excel

•    Experience with Photoshop a plus

•    Experience with HTML a plus

•    Able to take direction and execute accordingly

•    Ability to prioritize tasks

•    Excellent time management and organizational skills

•    Ability to think critically and problem solve

•    Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

•    Strong attention to detail

•    Ability to lead a team and work as a member of a team

 Internship Program Requirements:

•    3-month program

•    Availability minimum 5-20 hours per week

•    Social Media, Marketing, Business, Blogging or Communications Major Preferred

•    Must be currently enrolled in a college or university and receive internship credit

•    Non-Paid internship program

Program Responsibility:

•    Direct involvement in current marketing and event programs including national networking events,
Shark Tank Panels, and Small Business Expos.

•    Ensures the marketing team member is in possession of all needed information and materials for all
assigned projects, and involvement in project time frames.

Location:
This position is a part-time and or full-time position based out of our office in sunny Los Angeles, California, United States. Or we also offer virtual internships at MSMU.
